1 13-oz can of full-fat coconut milk. Refrigerate the can overnight and just use the part that hardens. (We find this one hardens the best) Discard the water in the can or use it for another purpose.
1.5 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
14 drops vanilla liquid stevia drops
¼ t. vanilla extract
¼ t. almond extract
¼ cup chia seeds
Whisk or blend together all the ingredients EXCEPT the chia seeds. Pour into four small containers. Add 1 Tablespoon of chia seeds to each container, put the lid on, and shake well. I like to stir each container after 5 minutes, wait five minutes, and stir again. If you don’t, the chia seeds might collect at the bottom. The stirring helps the seeds to become suspended in the liquid while they swell. Place containers in the fridge for 2-4 hours or overnight. Enjoy in 3-5 days, and of course, top with Delish Girls Keto Granola!
